Northwood's Inn Red Cabbage salad
INGREDIENTS
1/2 head red cabbage sliced into thin shreds
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
4 Tbsp sugar
3 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 of small lemon (juiced)
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients well.
Pour over shredded cabbage and let stand several hours -- (overnight is best)
Stir occasionally.
