INGREDIENTS

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice PLUS
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pound margarine
3/4 pound Daiya cheddar cheese
3 ounces nutritional yeast (optional)
add a few shakes of vegan Worchestershire sauce (optional)

Directions: Mix with an electric mixer until well blended. Keep refrigerated.
Spread on sourdough bread and broil
